The Pennsylvania State police in Punxsutawney report that around 9 pm on the 2700 Block of Cecil Hurd Highway in Bell Township a 40 year old man who was riding his motorcycle was pulled over for a summary traffic violation.
During the stop, authorities say the operator was determined to be DUI. Charges are pending.
