Authorities in Allegheny County have arrested an East Pittsburgh man wanted on charges of raping a woman at IUP in October of 2017…
20-year-old Donte Robinson-Vearnon was taken into custody by Allegheny County sheriff’s deputies at about 6 o’clock last night. He surrendered without incident and was taken to the Allegheny County Jail, where he will remain until he is brought to Indiana County for arraignment.
Robinson-Vearnon is charged with four felony counts:rape of an unconscious victim, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with an unconscious person, aggravated indecent assault without consent, and aggravated indecent assault of an unconscious or unaware person.
