DUI charges are pending the toxicology results for a man from Ohio.
On Friday evening after 7, Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney initiated a traffic stop on the Colonel Drake Highway and Whiskey Run Road in Bell Township of Clearfield County for summary traffic violations and suspected the driver, a 48 year old man from Vienna Ohio, was driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was taken into custody and the criminal charges are pending in the District Court.
