Here’s what we know: This past Sunday at 6 in the morning, the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois responded to the scene on Bond Street in Brockway for a 23 year old man who reportedly overdosed on an unnamed drug and survived.
The investigation is ongoing.

A man from Indiana who was in an ATV accident is suspected of DUI.
Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say the 46 year old driving the all-terrain vehicle was seriously injured around 1 in the morning on Sunday when he collided with a car driven by 28 year old Mason Kerner, also of Indiana, on Route 954.
Authorities say the man was taken to IRMC, then transferred to a hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment of injuries. Police are filing charges of driving under the influence and withheld his name from the report.
