A local woman was in a two-car accident on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
Pennsylvania State Police say the crash happened just after 4 on State Route 666 in Forest County when 40 year old Wanda Huey of Rossiter was traveling north and lost control of her vehicle while going around a curve. The rear end of her vehicle went into the south bound lane and the vehicle collided with the driver side of a vehicle driven by 60 year old Pamela Vranich of Johnstown.
Vranich was transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment of injuries. Huey was cited for going too fast for the conditions of the road and driving on the wrong side of the road way.
