A 19 year old woman from Sligo was arrested for scattering rubbish.
Here’s what we know: The incident occurred on May 3 around 12:30 in the afternoon at the intersection of Monterey Road and Summerville Road in Toby Township when Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion received a report of trash being dumped in the area.
Leading evidence was located at the scene leading to the arrest of the unnamed woman.
