A woman who was in a domestic incident with her mother was arrested.
On May 25, before 9 pm State Police in Clarion were dispatched to McCleary Road in Highland Township for a domestic incident between a mother and daughter. After further investigation 30 year old Erica Dattolo was arrested for simple assault due to bodily injuries found on the 54 year old mother.
Charges were filed through Magisterial District Court and an arraignment was held that night. Unable to post bail, she was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
