According to scanner reports, there was a structure fire in Punxsutawney.
Here’s what we know: The fire was on West Liberty Street. It started around 4 this morning. The fire departments of Central, Lindsey, Elk Run, Punxsutawney and Big Run were on the scene as well as several others on standby.
According to other media outlets, the person who was inside the structure died inside the building. As more information comes in we will keep you posted.
