Charges of forgery, theft and tampering with records have been filed on a 39 year old man from Smicksburg following an investigation.
The Brookville Borough Police department investigated an incident involving fake Pennsylvania skills machine tickets. The known person cashed a counterfeit winning skills ticket for $250 at a machine in Brookville and at other locations in Indiana County.
The charges were filed through Magistrate Bazylak’s Office. Other businesses with similar incidents are asked to call the Brookville Borough Police Department to report the activity: 814 849 5323.
