A man who driving too fast and crashed his vehicle may have been under the influence of alcohol.
The crash occurred on Tuesday morning around 6:30 when 59 year old Gregory Miller of Portageville was traveling at an undetermined speed on State Route 66 in Jenks Township when he left the roadway, according to authorities, hit a tree and continued on before coming to a rest in a ditch.
Miller refused EMS transport. He was wearing his seat belt, but had minor injuries. State Police in Marienville arrested Miller for suspicion of DUI and charged him with not driving at a safe speed.
