DUI charges are pending for a 37 year old man from Rimersburg.
The State Police in Clarion say on Saturday before 12:30 in the afternoon a vehicle was stopped for having a suspended registration at the intersection of Lawsonham Street and School Street in Rimersburg Borough.
Authorities say the driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and the charges are pending the blood alcohol content results.
