In Pennsylvania the “implied consent” law requires you to take a blood, breath, or urine test if you are lawfully arrested for driving under the influence. A woman in Brookville who refused now faces additional charges.
On May 10 before midnight, authorities noticed a vehicle on Jenks Street did not dim its high beam lights. After a traffic stop troopers suspected the driver of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police didn’t release the name of the 65 year old woman, who was taken to the hospital for a blood test, which she refused. She is now charged with DUI and other summary traffic violations.
