While the State Police in Kittanning were controlling the traffic during a fire on Wednesday along route 1031, they arrested a woman from Templeton for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
After the arrest of 34 year old Anna Elizabeth Berkey for DUI, troopers say the found marijuana in her vehicle. Charges are pending with Kittanning Magisterial District Judge Owen.
