Two Jefferson County men are charged with harassment.
Authorities say this stems from an incident that happened on May 7 around 1 in the afternoon on Hill Street in Sykesville, when 44 year old Joseph Hartley had gone to the residence of 58 year old Frank Ligenfelter and argued over a vehicle that was parked in front of his house.
Police allege after the argument was over Ligenfelter aggressively shoved Hartley. Both men were charged for Harassment.
