Another priest faces allegations of sexual abuse of a minor.
Father Andrew Kawecki was removed from all parish duties in the Fay-West area south of Greensburg pending an investigation of the allegation. According to the Indiana Gazette, Kawecki is a native of Poland and served as pastor from 2002 to 2004 at the Church of Resurrection which serves the areas of Ernest, Clymer, Glen Campbell and Rossiter in northern Indiana County.
The Diocese of Greensburg stated a strong allegation does not imply Kawecki is guilty.
