On Friday night, State Police arrested a man from Punxsutawney for driving under the influence of marijuana.
The State Police say they noticed a vehicle with a headlight out on Route 219 near Irvin Street in Bell Township, Clearfield County. As they conducted a traffic stop, they noticed a blue/purple bong in the passenger side floor.
Police reported the 32 year old driver appeared to be impaired and, after a field sobriety test was performed, he was arrested for suspicion of DUI. A probable cause search was done and they seized a small amount of pot and seeds as well as other paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing.
