The man from Clarion who is accused of grabbing a woman by her neck and throwing her to the ground waived his preliminary hearing yesterday.
According to ExploreClarion.com, 63 year old Leland A. Beighley is facing charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct and will have them transferred to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas.
Beighley is free on $5,000 unsecured bail.
