According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion, the incident occurred at the Clarion Psychiatric Center on April 22 around 7:30 in the evening, but it was reported the next day, and after further investigation, authorities arrested an 18 year old man for harassing a 26 year old man.

A deer disabled a vehicle on Interstate 80 west.
The State Police in DuBois say the accident occurred just before 10 pm on April 26, when a car driven by 57 year old Qazi Zafar of Yonkers, New York hit a deer near mile marker 99 when it ran into the roadway. Zarfar pulled his vehicle off the road way.
While he and his passenger were not injured, the car was disabled.
