Charges will be filed against a 38 year old man from DuBois for shoplifting.
State Police in DuBois say the incident occurred on April 17 at noon on third street in Falls Creek, Jefferson County, when the accused allegedly stole four items from the victim totaling $52.
The charges will be filed through the district court.
