The man from Reynoldsville who allegedly threw a brick through a woman’s window has a preliminary hearing this afternoon.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 58 year old John Albert Procaccino is facing charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief and is scheduled to stand in front of MDJ David Inzana at 2 this afternoon.
The published reports says the charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 2. Procaccino is in the Jefferson County Jail on $25K monetary bail.
