A man from Clearfield who allegedly abused a baby has been charged.
According to GantDaily.com, 23 year old Timothy Seagraves has been charged with felony aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, aggravated assault where the victim is less than 6 and misdemeanor counts as well.
A preliminary hearing is set for May 1 during centralized court at the county jail, where Seagraves remains on $50,000 bail. The published reports says the seven month old was transferred to UPMC Children’s Hospital on March 18 for treatment of bilateral subdural bleeding.
