Three people arrested by the State Police in Erie maybe linked to similar incident that happened in Punxsutawney.
Authorities say on November 20 of last year three suspects were allegedly passing counterfeit money at a major retailer on Route 119 in Young Township, Jefferson County.
The case remains open as the suspects were arrested by the State Police in Erie for a similar scheme.
