The man who allegedly sent threatening letters to three Clarion County officials is facing new charges and he’s already in SCI Somerset on other charges.
According to ExploreClarion.com, 28-year-old Joseph David Supik now has charges of terroristic threats and two counts of harassment based on an investigation that alleges he had written letters of terroristic nature to Judge James Arner, Deputy Warden Sprankle of the Clarion County Jail and six other correction officers.
The published reports says Supik allegedly admitted he wrote the said letters. The complaint and his preliminary hearing is set for April 30 in front of Magisterial District Judge Quinn.
