A woman from Punxsutawney faces Felony 2 forgery charges, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, both a Misdemeanor 1.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 34-year-old Elizabeth A. Rubba, allegedly used a counterfeit $100 at a business on March 26.
Her preliminary hearing is set for May 7, with Judge Mizerock presiding.
