Charges have been filed in the District Court for a driving under the influence case that happened back on January 18.
State Police in Punxsutawney arrested a 56 year old man from Westover after he was stopped for a traffic violation, but further investigation lead to the DUI on Town Road in Burnside Township, Clearfield County.
