The man from Shippenville who was accused of using stolen debit cards was sentenced.
ExploreClarion.com reports, 33 year old Eric Jackson Rhoades Jr. was sentenced on Wednesday by Judge James Arner to a minimum of a year to a maximum of two years in state prison on one first degree misdemeanor count of access device issued to another who did not authorize use.
The published reports says Rhoades pleaded guilty and will remain in the Clarion County jail until he is transferred to a SCI.
