A woman from Allport was allegedly using drugs in a restroom at a business in DuBois.
According to the DuBois City Police Web site, the incident occurred on April 7 around 7:30 PM on the 100 Block of North Brady Street after a report was made about the 25 year old, and when police arrived, it was determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance.
Police found drug paraphernalia and she was taken into custody, plus transported to Penn Highlands ER for a medical evaluation. Authorities are continuing to investigate the case.
