A Jefferson County man is facing several charges after an incident that happened yesterday.
According to State Police in DuBois, around 5 pm on Worth Street in Reynoldsville, 24 year old Charles Marshall allegedly entered the residence of his relatives illegally to get a gun. Police say his mother, a 54 year old woman, reported being threatened and then pushed into a glass cabinet by Marshall while he got the gun.
State Police arrested and charged Marshall with burglary, theft, harassment, terrorist threats and criminal mischief. He is awaiting arraignment in the Jefferson County Jail.
The other victim in the case is a 69 year old man. All parties involved are from Reynoldsville.
