A woman from Knox was arrested after allegedly assaulting a man during a domestic dispute at a hotel in Monroe Township.
ExploreClarion.com reports the State Police in Clarion filled simple assault and harassment charges against 40 year old Sherry Lynn Ganci for an incident that happened on Saturday evening. The published reports says the victim had noticeable injuries to his face and throat and it’s alleged Ganci admitted to the assault with the justification of trying to get the victim to leave the room.
Ganci was released yesterday on a surety posted by a professional bondsman.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 16, with Judge Schill presiding.
