A man from Reynoldsville who is accused of assaulting a woman waived his charges on Wednesday.
According to ExploreJeffersonpa.com, the charges of aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas for 36-year-old James Anthony Neal, who is in the Jefferson County Jail on $50K monetary bail.
