
The man from Rimersburg who was in an altercation with state troopers last year was sentenced yesterday.
According to ExploreClarion.com, 51 year old Robert Dennis Anderson was sentenced by Judge James Arner to serve a minimum of 308 days up to a maximum of two years in Clarion County jail on one -second degree count of aggravated assault. Anderson pleaded guilty to that charge on February 20, 2019.
As a result of the plea agreement, the charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, resist arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment were dismissed.
