A man from Texas was charged for allegedly stealing a trailer from Jefferson County.
The Brookville Borough Police have filed charges in connection of a theft of a $15,000 Gater-Made Goose-neck Trailer from a business on the Allegheny Boulevard. It was a trooper in Memphis Tennessee who was assisting the scene of a traffic accident and discovered a trailer being hauled was stolen from Brookville.
Authorities say 25 year old Guadalupe Ivan Fernandez-Cruz of San Antonio Texas has been charged with a felony 2 theft of movable property and other related charges.
