Jefferson and Clearfield counties are two of 33 counties in Pennsylvania that have been declared a primary natural disaster area, according to Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue.
The declaration allows the Farm Service Agency to extend emergency credit to producers recovering from natural disasters. The deadline to apply is November 20 of this year and the FSA will review loans based on the extent of losses, security available and repayment ability.
