A man from New Bethlehem will be sentenced tomorrow on charges from an alleged road rage incident last summer.
According to ExploreClarion.com, 40 year old Earth Donato is scheduled for sentencing with President Judge James Arner tomorrow morning at 9 on several charges, including terroristic threats, simple assault, stalking, harassment and four other charges.
Donato is free on $5K unsecured bail.
