An alleged thief replaced stolen property with their own.
According to the Indiana State Police, this incident occurred on March 2 between 8 and 10 pm at the S&T Ice Rink on Pike Road in White Township. While a 14 year old girl was skating, someone allegedly took her White Converse sneakers out of her bag and replaced them with an older pair shoes.
