The man from Shippenville who is accused of more than 800 counts of child rape waived his preliminary hearing yesterday.
ExploreClarion.com reports 46 year old Garrick Landon Bloom of Shippenville is in the Clarion County Jail on $100K Bail and unable to pay, he will remain there while the charges against him are transferred to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas.
Bloom has been charged with 216 counts of rape of a child, 216 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and four other charges with several hundred counts, all relating to the rape of a child.
