Criminal charges have been filed against a 30 year old woman from DuBois for an incident that happened on Sunday.
According to ExploreJefferson.com, State Police in Punxsutawney filed criminal charges of simple assault and harassment against Destiny Dawn Gasbarre for allegedly hitting a person with a closed fist while holding a cell phone on Pine Tree Road in Bell Township.
A preliminary hearing is set for April 23, with Judge Mizerock presiding. Gasberre is free on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.
