The woman from Clarion who is accused of stealing around a quarter million dollars from her mother will be on a trial list.
Court documents show 56 year old Deborah Lee Bottaro has been charged with 14 counts of forgery and eight other charges of theft with multiple counts. Those charges have been transferred to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas, as she is free on $1K cash security posted by a privet surety.
