A man from Big Run who is accused of hitting a woman with a closed fist and grabbing the steering wheel that caused an accident on Sunday night was arraigned on Monday.
ExploreJefferson.com reports 49 year old David Aaron Hess was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, DUI and seven other charges had his arraignment on Monday morning and unable to pay $25K monetary bail he is in the Jefferson County Jail.
The preliminary hearing is set for March 26 with Judge Mizerock presiding.
