
A man who drove pass a school bus that was stopped was charged with DUI.
According to the State Police in Punxsutawney, around 4 pm yesterday they were setting up a safety checkpoint on Route 28 in Clover township, when a school bus driver reported someone drove through a zone where the bus was at a stop with lights flashing and dropping off children. Troopers found the vehicle near Mount Pleasant Road just minuets later. PSP said the driver, a 20 year old man of Summerville, was arrested for suspicion of DUI and a small
amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and four unidentified pills, all found in the vehicle.
The investigation is ongoing.
