State Police continue to investigate a case of neglect and animal cruelty.
According to the State Police in Clarion, the incident occurred between September 28 of last year and February 14 2019, in Brady Township, when a 10 year old gelding was reported to be malnourished and frost bitten.
Authorities report the horse in currently in good hands and receiving proper medical treatment and care.
