A man from Punxsutawney is accused of stealing pain medication from a house in Clarion County.
The court documents say the State Police in Clarion filed criminal charges against 43-year-old Charles MacKenzie Lenhart of Punxsutawney, The charges stem from an investigation of a theft that occurred at a house on Camp Coffman Road in Knox, Ashland Township, Clarion County, sometime between Sunday, August 26, 2018, and Friday, August 31, 2018.
According to a criminal complaint, approximately 60 prescription Tramadol pills were allegedly taken and consumed by Lenhart, who now faces six charges, including theft by unlawful taking.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 19.
