A woman from Punxsutawney is in jail for allegedly threatening to kill her mother and burn her house down.
The State Police in Punxsutawney say the incident occurred between February 4th and 5th when 23 year old Adalida Hayes allegedly sent text messages threatening to kill and burn down the house of her mother, 44 year old Michelle Hayes, who is also from Punxsutawney.
According to the Indiana Gazette, charges have been filed in the District Court, bail was set a $10,000 and unable to post she is lodged in the Indiana county jail. A preliminary hearing is set for February 20.
