
A 42 year old Man from Hillsdale had his identity stolen.
Investigators say the incident occurred on February 7 around 10 pm when someone posing as a Verizon fraud employee took all the personal information from the victim and then attempted to purchase a cell phone and a tablet.
The State Police in Indiana released no other information, but remind you not to give out personal information over the phone.

Snow on Interstate 80 caused a car to flip onto its roof.
The State Police in DuBois say the accident happened last evening around 8:30 on I 80 West near the Dubois Brockway Exit when 21 year old Ann Dawson from Abingdon, Virginia lost control of her vehicle while going around a snow-covered curve, fishtailed, struck an embankment, then overturned onto the roof.
According to the authorities, Dawson and her passenger, 20 year old Laura O’Neil from Cranberry, were wearing their seat belts.. They were trapped inside and had to be cut out of the vehicle by the Pine Creek Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Dawson and O’neil were not seriously injured and no citations were issued.

A 21 year old man from Rural Valley claims his wallet was stolen from his unlocked vehicle.
According to investigators, the incident happened between 11 pm on Wednesday and 5:30 am on Thursday last week in the 100 Block of West Main Street in Kittanning, when it’s alleged someone stole a wallet with $60 and a birth certificate of the victim.
After further investigation the State police in Kittanning found no leads and ended the investigation and said it could not be solved.
