The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill warning in effect from 1 AM Wednesday to 11 AM EST Friday.
Expect dangerously cold wind chills, some as low as 30 below zero expected, again from 1 AM tomorrow until Friday morning at 11.
The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
