The State Police in Clarion are still for a local man who is wanted on 865 felony charges in a child rape case.
ExploreClarion.com says police issued a warrant for the arrest of 46 year-old Garrick Landon Bloom from Shippenville, who is wanted on multiple charges, including 216 counts of rape of a child and several other charges dating back to 2007. Bloom is described as a white male, 5’5″ tall, and weighing 300 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes a beard with some gray and he wears eye glasses.
