The Clarion County District Attorney said Damien Ditz of Clarion could get up to 40 years in prison.
It will be up to Clarion County Judge James Arner to hand down the sentence at a hearing scheduled this Wednesday at the Clarion County Courthouse. A jury seven women and five men found Ditz guilty of third-degree murder on December 7, 2018.
