According to Clarion State Police, in the evening of December 28, two people were in the parking lot of a major retailer on Perkins Rd, Monroe Twp, Clarion County, and authorities were called to the scene. After further investigation, authorities cited Christopher Lindsay from Berwick for harassing a 26 year old male from Sandusky, Ohio.

Few details are available about a child custody order violation.
State Police in Clarion say last Wednesday after three o’clock, they investigated an alleged child custody dispute in Shippenville. Authorities report the victim is a 54 year old man from Strattanville and no other information was giving as the investigation continues.

A corruption of a minor investigation is underway in New Bethlehem.
Clarion State Police are continuing the investigation that started in October of last year for an incident with man who allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 17 year old juvenile from New Bethlehem. No further information was released.

A woman from Falls Creek had a television stolen and her cell phone vandalized.
State Police in DuBois say on Saturday Night a 61 year old woman from Falls Creek had her 40 inch flat screen TV stolen and her iPhone destroyed, both items totaling $600.
The investigation is ongoing.

A juvenile was arrested for an incident that had occurred back in December.
Authorities say, a 17 year old from Emlenton was arrested for making a false report to the State Police in Clarion on December 27 involving a 14 year old girl, also from Emlenton. After further investigation, Clarion State Police found a theft/drug violation had occurred.
No additional information was given.

Two incidents were reported involving victims from Shippenville.
Back in December, Clarion State Police report a bomb threat was sent via email to a business on Soap Fat Road, Elk Township, Clarion County. According to authorities, the threat was to use weapons of mass destruction against a 56 year old man from Shippenville. The investigation continues.
The other incident involves a 41 year old man from Shippenville who claims he had six firearms taken from his residence on North School Street in Shippenville Borough, Clarion County. Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police in Clarion.

A hit and run happened on Route 119, but authorities caught up with the driver.
State Police in Indiana say the incident occurred last Thursday around three o’clock when 51 year old Mark Confer was in the right lane driving south on 119. He attempted to move to the left lane and side swiped 48 year old Sherri Risinger from Blairsville.
According to authorities, Confer continued driving to flee the scene. Indiana State Police caught up with Confer and cited him with a traffic violation.
